Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

Queenvee Shop is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Claims for lost or damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information
